Summary
A change adds or edits a rules file that has rule findings.
Flags
Runs R001–R016 on rules files the pull request adds or changes (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .cursor/rules/*.mdc, .cursorrules, copilot-instructions.md, GEMINI.md, .windsurfrules), using the head content. Added files: every finding. Changed files: findings on added lines, plus R004, R008, R012, R015, R016. Severity follows the rule. aibysitter-disable comments in the file apply; rule IDs in "disable" skip those rules. R006 checks every reference in changed rules files, and references in unchanged rules files broken by paths or scripts the pull request removes or renames. A rules file that is a symlink is skipped, with a note in the summary naming its target.
