Summary
A change touches files outside the scope declared in .github/aibysitter.json.
Flags
Changed, renamed, or removed files whose path matches none of the "scope" globs. Runs only when "scope" is set.
Known limits
Config is read from the base commit: a pull request that adds a file and widens scope to include it is still flagged. Widen scope in a separate pull request merged first.
