Summary
A change leaves a placeholder where a real identifier or value belongs.
Flags
Added lines in code and config files outside test files containing "::NAME::", "REPLACE_ME", "YOUR_…", "<placeholder>", or "<your-…>". Skipped: comment lines (including inside block comments and docstrings), test-data attributes ([InlineData], [TestCase], [DataRow]), placeholders a comment line in the same file names, and files that test for "::" and throw or exit within the next 10 lines (a guarded template). Generated files (<auto-generated in the first 10 lines) are skipped.
